Hypnotherapy to change behaviour
Implementation is a huge issue even with the best of intentions and having some detailed plans to make it happen.
As a hypnotherapist, this is my daily bread and butter where I help people to put their plans and intentions into motion by implementing their desires in their imagination i.e., their virtual reality.
Once our brain creates the 'muscle memory' and 'neuronal connectivity' for a behaviour or action, it's been implemented already; the easy part is to now go run it in the real world!
