A great example of how we may use hypnotherapy for helping us feel relaxed and confident. 

It incorporates Guided Imagery, Progressive Relaxation, and many different types of deepening techniques.  This is a great track for those more visual and kinesthetic oriented.

The suggestions are a mix but mostly permissive direct and permissive indirect; all aiming to put you at ease, build reassurance and choice, and create a framework for change.
