Hypnotherapy for fears and phobias
1 in 10 people have a phobia. There are hundreds of phobias and fears, e.g., fear of flying, spiders, snakes, cats, dogs, lifts, dentists, hospitals, needles, vomiting, public speaking and social situations.
You are no doubt well-aware (conscious) that your phobia or fear is 'irrational' but you can't help the way you feel. The fear comes from your unconscious. If phobia, fear or panic attacks prevent you from leading a normal, happy life then hypnotherapy and NLP could be an excellent solution.
Results with phobias are normally rapid. Around 4 sessions on average. Occasionally, one double session is enough. Sometimes more sessions are required.
